Image processing and analysis in biology

The research program of image processing and analysis in biology has been carried out for several years in cooperation with Department of Cytology and Cytochemistry of Plants at the University of Lodz. The research is mainly focused on:

 
The team has developed an image processing method of reactive oxygen compounds quantification using free Fiji application  (plugin is free available here). Please send to the authors your comments about the macro functioning.
